Notice the Pause in Your Breath
A three-minute meditation for noticing the natural transitions between inhalation and exhalation.
Keep the breath natural. Do not hold, delay, deepen, or control it. Notice only the transitions that happen on their own.
This meditation uses breath attention. If focusing on breathing feels uncomfortable, stop and choose another practice.
Use the guide your way. Follow it as closely or loosely as you need. You can pause or move between steps at any time.
