Ideas worth exploring. Sources worth understanding.

I’m Kev Williams, founder of Willy Poppa. I want these pages to give you something useful to consider in your own life, with enough context to understand where an idea comes from.

Experience, teaching, and evidence

Personal experience has a place here. I identify it as my experience, without presenting it as a result everyone should expect. Selected teachers and books offer perspectives to explore; featuring a source does not mean that every claim it makes has been independently established.

When an article discusses research, it links to the relevant source and describes what was studied. Laboratory findings, small human studies, and broader clinical evidence answer different questions. A plausible explanation or an interesting hypothesis is not the same as a demonstrated benefit.

Clear authorship and useful updates

Articles identify their writer. Publication and update dates are shown so you can place the discussion in time. Edits should improve accuracy, clarity, or usefulness; a new date alone does not make an article more authoritative.

Health topics

The journal offers general education and personal exploration. It does not diagnose conditions or provide an individualized treatment plan. Where suitability, uncertainty, or professional guidance matters to a topic, that context belongs beside the idea itself.

Sources and images

Source links let you read beyond my interpretation. Photographs and illustrations carry credits where applicable; stock imagery illustrates a topic and does not document the author’s personal experience. AI-generated stock illustrations are identified when used.

Questions and corrections

If a claim needs clarification, check the linked source and its scope. For editorial questions or corrections, email editorial@willypoppa.com. A useful correction should identify the article, the point in question, and any supporting source.
